Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Nitrous oxide is a safe and effective sedative agent that may be used to help make dental treatment more comfortable. Sometimes called “laughing gas,” it is mixed with oxygen and inhaled through a small mask over your child’s nose.
Hospital Sedation
For patients who may need a stronger level of sedation, many of our providers offer the opportunity for them to receive care at a surgery center or hospital for general anesthesia, where they will be asleep and cared for by a team of professionals.
